What is a gait assessment?
We accomplish this by performing a gait assessment to determine which shoes would work best for each individual's foot type. We confirm our recommendation by observing the runner's stride outside the store. Our sidewalk is covered so this process can be done during any type of weather.

We listen to the feedback you provide us and then guide you toward the right shoe. This process takes about 10-15 minutes, or as long as you would like. Part of our exemplary reputation comes from the patience we provide to our customers.
